At KORE, we stand behind every pouch. If you are not satisfied with Daily Beets for any reason,

you are protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. No return is required — keep or discard the product as you wish.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@healthkore.store with your order number. We will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription refunds

If you cancel a subscription order within 24 hours of being charged, we will refund the full order.

After 24 hours, refunds for processed subscription shipments follow the same 30-day guarantee.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email hello@healthkore.store. 

Within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued within 5 business days. It can take an additional 3 to 10

business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
