At KORE, subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You are never locked in.

How subscriptions work

When you subscribe to Daily Beets, you receive a 20% discount and free shipping on every shipment. Your subscription automatically renews every 30 days at the discounted subscription price unless you change or cancel it.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no questions asked. There are two ways:

1. From your account

Log into your KORE customer portal at healthkore.store/account and click "Cancel subscription".

The cancellation takes effect immediately for future shipments.

2. By email

Email hello@healthkore.store from the address on your order. Please include your order number.

We will cancel your subscription within 1 business day and send you confirmation.

How to pause or skip

Prefer not to cancel? You can pause your subscription indefinitely or skip a single shipment from your customer portal. You can also change the delivery frequency (every 30, 45, or 60 days).

Cancellation timing

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment will prevent that shipment from being processed. If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled charge, the next shipment may still be sent, but it will be eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds after cancellation

Cancelled subscriptions do not receive automatic refunds for past shipments. However, every order — including subscription shipments — is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
